Leo's Smoked Salmon is shipped fresh - we use only natural, fresh salmon with no MSG.
For best taste and texture allow Leo's Smoked Salmon to set at room temperature for 2 hours prior to serving.
Leo's Smoked Salmon opened from the fresh-pack will stay fresh, refridgerated for up to 10 days.
If you freeze your Leo's Smoked Salmon, thaw it for 12 hours while refridgerated prior to serving.
All Leo's Smoked Salmon comes from the Pacific Northwest and prepared in our own smokehouse.
