Grays Harbor's Most Wanted Lock-Up! REWARD I have got to say that this year's MDA Lock-Up was quite a success and an adventure as well. This is the first year that we've teamed up with Grays Harbor Online to raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Technology is a wonderful concept, although we had no idea the impact that it would have on the local community who were not aware that the MDA had a program called the Most Wanted Lock-Up. Click Here for Details of the Event We appologize to the local Police Departments, County Jail and Crime Commission who fielded phone calls from concerned cyber-folks whe were unaware that this was a legitimate fundraising campaign for Muscular Dystrophy, here in Grays Harbor. Nonetheless, it was a lot of fun and I was joined by 81 other voluntary jailbirds who allowed themselves to be put behind bars for a good cause. With their help we were able to raise $21,398.00 for the local chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Although the actual event is over and the jail bars are enroute to their next destination for another fundraiser in Shelton, we will still be accepting donations throughout the remainer of the week.
