Site Description:
The visible portion of the boat ramp appeared to be in good condition. The slow speed limit and wake restrictions on the lake prevent excessive shoreline erosion. Willaby Creek Campground is also a day-use area and has several campsites. The day-use area is next to the lake and provides tables, fire-rings, and barbecue grills. The campground has pull-in R.V. sites and sites with tent pads. There are several drinking water stations within the campground. The site also has accessible picnic tables.

Site Description:
The boat ramp has a moderate grade. Gravel has washed away from between the planks. Steel fasteners are exposed, but not corroding. Rip-rap has been placed along the left side of the ramp to prevent erosion. A concrete flair has been built at the end of the ramp and a concrete curb on the left side of the ramp. The campground also offers R.V. campsites, tent sites, picnic tables, barbecue grills, fire-rings, and a R.V. dump station. The Wynoochee Lake Shore Trail #878 surrounds the entire reservoir and goes through the campground. Just below the dam, about a half mile from the campground, the City of Aberdeen manages a visitors center that offers informational kiosks, observation deck, and restrooms open year round. Additional parking for the entire campground is found in the day-use area. No designated disabled parking.

This site is a natural gravel bar on the Humptulips River. Flood waters could impact this site. The site is often used by drift boats, but could be used by motorized boats. Bank fishing is popular here too.

Site Description:
The boat ramp had a gentle to moderate grade. The left side of the ramp area is beginning to erode. Primitive camp sites are dispersed along the lake's north shore. No restroom facilities. No designated disabled parking. Camping is not permitted in the parking area.

Site Description:
The boat ramp is in good condition. The boat ramp is out of the main river current. Parking bumper curbs have been placed in the parking area to direct a parking pattern. Garbage has been dumped next to the vault toilets. Litter is scattered around the edges of the parking lot.

Site Description:
Gravel between the planks has been washed away. The asphalt at mid-ramp has been chipped away. North Bay Park also offers a basketball court, tennis court, playground area, picnic tables, lawn areas, restrooms, and a baseball field. No designated disabled parking.

The concrete planks at the head of the ramp are uneven. The gravel between the planks has washed away. Chinook City Park also offers picnic tables, a playground, soccer field, and a sheltered bird watching station.

Site Description:
The boat ramp is located within the jetty which protects the ramp from storm surges. Boat moorage is also available at the marina. R.V. camping is available nearby. The site is adjacent to Damon Point State Park and Natural Area which offers beach access, restrooms, and picnic tables. Additional parking for the marina is located on the other side of the motel. The Silver King Motel is between the boat ramp and the moorage docks.

Site Description:
The boat ramp is located on the outside bend in the river making it more prone to river current erosion. The drainage on the south side of the parking area is eroding the approach to the boat ramp. An excessive amount of garbage and waste have been dumped in the parking area. People have made informal roads from the parking area to East Hoquiam Road.

Poor traction at the lower portion of the ramp. A paved waterfront trail also passes through the site.

Site Description:
The boat ramp has a moderate grade with adequate traction. The upper portion of the ramp is solid V-groove concrete and the lower portion is made of concrete planks. Adjacent to the boat ramp is an observation tower overlooking the port and Grays Harbor. The boat ramp is prone to accumulate debris from the harbor. Additional vehicle and trailer parking is available up 28th Street. No overnight moorage at the site. Tie ups to the float are limited to thirty minutes.

Site Description:
The bank-cut construction of the ramp removes the ramp from the river current. The boat ramp is uneven and rutted. This site appears to be a popular place to dump garbage. Animal parts, old barbed wire, and a pile of garbage were in piles at the site during the site visit. No sign indicates owner or manager of the site. No other facilities are associated with this site.

The boat ramp is well seasoned. The ramp area is affected by both river and tidal influences. This site also has one picnic table located in the southeast corner of the site. The parking lot is also an access to the Weyerhaeuser Pulp Mill. There is excessive waste that has been dumped along the perimeter of the parking area.

Site Description:
The boat ramp is cut into the river bank removing a majority of the ramp from the river current. Grooved concrete provides for adequate traction. A covered fishing shelter is located next to the boat ramp. Friends Landing also offers fishing docks, paved trails, lawn areas, picnic shelters, picnic tables, and interpretive signage. The entire park is designed with accessibility to all visitors in mind. A bus stop station is at the entrance to the park.

This area is also a State Wildlife Area. The surrounding Wildlife Area was recently renovated to improve accessibility for disabled. The area features ADA accessible parking, restrooms, hiking trails, viewing blinds, and hunting opportunities. The river is also popular fishing location - available fish species include winter steelhead, coho salmon, and sea-run cutthroat trout.

Site Description:
A fee is charged for the use of the boat ramp. A pay station is located at the corner of the vehicle and trailer parking area. The vehicle and trailer parking area is directly west of the Coast Guard compound. The parking lot appears to be a storage yard for other port businesses. Parking can also be found along the waterfront between the floats. The Port of Grays Harbor also operates 800 moorage slips in Westport. Due to vandalism, the showers in the restrooms are no longer operational - as stated by the posted signs.
