  Aberdeen Teen Murdered
ABERDEEN – 16-year-old Daryn Tolle was killed on his way home from Rock & Bowl.
   Daryn Tolle
Daryn Tolle     The body of Daryn Tolle was found under the State Street bridge, near downtown Aberdeen, about 1 a.m. Saturday, April 8th, officers said.
Everyone who knows him says he was a great kid and they have no idea who would want to kill him.
Sgt. Kevin Darst said the boy was last seen at the bowling alley where he was with about 60 other kids, all enjoying a special night called “Rock and Bowl.” and on his way home when he was accosted.
Authorities believe he left at around midnight. An hour later, a person out for a late evening walk discovered the body just 10 blocks away, lying in the middle of the road.
Friends and family come to the spot where Daryn Tolle's body was found to leave flowers and notes saying how deeply he will be missed.
Tolle memorial     The Grays Harbor County coroner says an autopsy confirms that the Aberdeen youth died of “extreme homicidal violence.” Police say the boy suffered a “very, very severe “ neck injury.
“Obviously the question comes up, what happened here? Right now those questions remain unanswered,” said Capt. Mike Haymond, Aberdeen Police Department.
A makeshift memorial now stands where the body of the 16-year-old boy was discovered.
Friends and family grieve for a teenager who had so much life ahead of him.
Tolle was an Aberdeen High School sophomore. The school held an assembly Monday, April 10th and had counselors on hand to help students deal with the tragedy.
Tolle Dance Photo     Earlier this week a bank account was set-up to collect a reward fund for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Tolle's killer. Donations to the fund can be made at any branch of First Community Bank.
The memorial service for Daryn Tolle was held Wednesday, April 12 - at 3:30 in the Aberdeen High School Auditorium. Students, staff and community members were invited to attend.
On April 13th, Aberdeen Police Department report that they have two murder suspects, Dionicio J. Russell, 20, and Matthew P. Christian, 24, in custody at the County jail, booked on first-degree murder.
Russell and Christian plead, "Not guilty," to charges of first-degree murder and rendering in Grays Harbor Superior Court April 17th.
